Want to host a cosplay photoshoot?

Applications for hosting a Cosplay Photoshoot at Saratoga Comic Con will open on March 1st, 2025.

• Applications will be open from March 1st to April 1st, 2025
• We suggest groups of two! A host, organizer and someone willing to take photographs. A person willing to take photographs is a MUST – even if it just on a smartphone!
• All photoshoots will be in Saratoga Comic Con’s Photoshoot Location – The parking garage
• MUST BE 16+ TO APPLY TO HOST! – If you are a minor, it’s always great to host an event with friends and we recommend having a guardian with you. If you are a minor applying alone, please let Saratoga Cosplay Events Staff know and we will see if anyone on the team can accompany you.
• Photoshoots are a great way to meet cosplayers with similar interests!
• HARASSMENT POLICY IS IN EFFECT AT ALL PHOTOSHOOTS! COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT – When posing with other cosplayers keep this in mind.
• A photoshoot will be a half hour time slot and can be Saturday or Sunday.
• After the event – please submit all photos from your shoot to the Saratoga Cosplay Events team (in a google drive, if possible!) so we can share them with attendees! Note: You will be credited!

APPLICATIONS OPEN SOON! Our photoshoot coordinator is Slime Enigma Cos, and acceptances will be sent out before April 15th. Please if you apply – make sure you can BE THERE! Please note that while this part of the con is community run – it does not come with weekend badges. So please ensure you have a ticket to Saratoga Comic Con to attend!
