SARATOGA COSPLAY WINTER COSPLAY EVENT INTEREST FORM!

Hi Cosplayers, Artists, Vendors, Besties:

We at Cosplay Events are working on our Saratoga County Winter Event but before we can finalize it, we have a VENDOR INTEREST FORM! Tentative date is 1/5/24, Location is Clifton Park NY and we’ve nicknamed it CPC3!

This isn’t like a binding contract to vend at the event so no worries, we are just hoping to get 30+ interested forms so we know people are out there that want to join us!

We aim to have live performances, workshops, cosplayers, a competition and more and keep it a free event for the cosplay community (which should really boost attendance!) We have support from a local venue for tables, chairs, audio/video and prizes.

If you saw our cosplay picnic in June then you get the energy – there’s a lot of us looking for a good venue for a creative winter event.

Also we hope to have an IDOL SHOWCASE Hosted by our Assistant Director Slime – giving idols the only performance space like this in NY!
